Topline Housewares® - Return Policy
Topline Housewares allows 14 days for the return of unused products, based on the date of which the item was received. All refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, and any associated shipping charges will not be returned. Damage to items caused by misuse or non-household use are not covered within this policy and claim approval is purely at Topline Housewares' discretion.
To return an item:
- Contact Topline Customer Care via Support to obtain a return ticket number.
- Print and fill out a return form.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that posting time may vary depending on the refund method.
The following items may NOT be returned:
- Any item without a return ticket number
- Used or damaged goods
- Discontinued products
- Products that are missing parts/accessories
- Items over 14 days of the shipment receipt date
- If you purchased an item on Amazon.com, please initiate your return via Orders.
